We are well versed in the NJDEP Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act rules, regulations and permitting procedures, and our area of specialization includes hydric soil identification and resource classification. We utilize GPS technology and electronic media to complete survey work. We have completed large boundary surveys and topographical surveys which included four school districts. We have performed construction stakeout for commercial buildings. We have experience with building site evaluation, soil logs and permeability tests, soil suitability reports and layout design of site plans which have included:
