William Manning
Owner

William has had 40-Hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Site Worker Training, has an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification, and is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in New Jersey (#40608) and New York (#050388). He is a member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.


Patrick Kiley
Surveying Crew Chief

Patrick Kiley is a Surveying Crew Chief with over six years of hands-on field experience, ranging from standard boundary and topographic surveys to construction layout and environmental work. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Patrick consistently arrives prepared and takes great pride in delivering accurate field results. He holds a Business Degree from Montclair State University and is recognized for his diligence and professionalism on every project.


Sydney Fingerhut
Office Manager / Project Coordinator

Sydney Fingerhut has served as Office Manager and Project Coordinator since 2020. She oversees project coordination, billing, scheduling, and client communications, ensuring projects move efficiently from initiation through completion. A graduate of Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree, Sydney is a key point of contact for clients regarding pricing, timelines, and project status. She takes pride in delivering responsive service and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every client.


Austin Park
Land Surveyor-in-Training

Austin Park is a Land Surveyor-in-Training with PAX Surveying & Environmental Consultants, LLC. He holds an associate’s degree from Bergen Community College and is completing his final semester toward a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Austin plans to sit for the required examinations to earn his Professional Land Surveyor license.

At PAX, Austin leads drafting and computer-based production, utilizing advanced CAD and surveying software to produce accurate plans and documentation for boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, as-built surveys, FEMA elevation certificates, and related deliverables. He is driven by precision, clear communication, and a commitment to supporting projects from field data collection through final submission.


Peter Cammarano
Environmental & Surveying Specialist

Peter Cammarano is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Sustainability. He joined PAX Surveying & Environmental Consultants, LLC in August 2024, initially providing part-time surveying support before transitioning to a full-time role following graduation.

In May 2025, Peter earned his Wetland Delineation Certification from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. He has developed a strong working knowledge of hydric soils, hydrophytic vegetation, and hydrologic indicators specific to the Northeastern United States. Peter is passionate about environmental preservation and applies sound environmental science to support accurate surveying, permitting, and responsible land development.


Juliana Villamor
CAD Technician

Juliana Villamor is a CAD Technician supporting surveying projects through precise drafting, plan preparation, and detailed documentation. She holds a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and works closely with both field and office teams to produce clear, accurate, and reliable deliverables. Juliana’s attention to detail and technical expertise help ensure consistent quality across all project outputs.
